Everyone should be allowed to go about their business without being subjected to threatening, abusive, or insulting words and behaviour.

Any racial abuse will be treated very seriously and the offender will be arrested.

Punishment is up to 6 months in jail or, in the case of a racial attack, up to two years in jail.
